Record Arrival Date

Goal: Record the actual date and time of arrival on a completed voyage, so the voyage is marked as completed in the system.

IN-YACHT does not have an explicit "Close" button. A voyage is considered **completed** when its **Arrival Date** field is filled in and saved.

Before you start

  • You must have permission to edit voyages. If the fields appear read-only, ask your fleet administrator to check your profile settings.
  • The voyage must already exist and its departure date must have passed.

Steps

Open the voyage

  1. From the main navigation, click VoyagesVoyages.
  2. In the voyage list, locate the voyage you want to complete.
    • Use the Search field or sort by Departure Date to find it quickly.
  3. Click on the voyage row to open its detail view.

Record the arrival date

  1. Locate the Arrival Date field.
  2. Click the field and select the actual date and time of arrival (format: dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm).

Optionally update fuel data

  1. If not already filled in, you can now complete the Fuel Consumed field with the actual fuel used during the voyage.

Save

  1. Click Save.

Result

The voyage now has an Arrival Date recorded and is considered Completed. It remains visible in the voyage list and all its data — including route files and attached documents — is preserved for reference.
