Record Arrival Date
Goal: Record the actual date and time of arrival on a completed voyage, so the voyage is marked as completed in the system.
Before you start
- You must have permission to edit voyages. If the fields appear read-only, ask your fleet administrator to check your profile settings.
- The voyage must already exist and its departure date must have passed.
Steps
Open the voyage
- From the main navigation, click Voyages → Voyages.
- In the voyage list, locate the voyage you want to complete.
- Use the Search field or sort by Departure Date to find it quickly.
- Click on the voyage row to open its detail view.
Record the arrival date
- Locate the Arrival Date field.
- Click the field and select the actual date and time of arrival (format:
dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm).
Optionally update fuel data
- If not already filled in, you can now complete the Fuel Consumed field with the actual fuel used during the voyage.
Save
- Click Save.
Result
The voyage now has an Arrival Date recorded and is considered Completed. It remains visible in the voyage list and all its data — including route files and attached documents — is preserved for reference.
