Crew Profile Tabs
Goal: Understand what each crew profile tab is used for and where to go when you need to update a specific type of crew information.
Why the profile is split into tabs
A crew member profile contains different kinds of information. Tabs keep each area separate so you can update the right part without mixing personal data, contract data, documents, certificates, contacts, or medical notes.

Main profile area
Use the main profile area for identity and contact information, such as personal details, passport information, main contact details, linked user details, and spoken languages.
Contracts
Use Contracts for contract dates, rank, contract type, compensation, rotation settings, leave values, and contract files.
This is the first place to check when the rank, active contract state, or boarding availability looks wrong.
Documents
Use Documents for files that belong to the crew member in general.
Do not use this tab for certificate scans or contract agreements when those files belong to a certificate or contract.
Certificates
Use Certificates for certificates held by the crew member, including issue dates, expiry dates, renewal information, certificate files, and history.
Contacts
Use Contacts for emergency contacts or other important references connected to the crew member.
Medical
Use Medical for sensitive medical information when your profile allows access.
Result
You know which crew profile area to use for each type of information and can avoid saving documents or operational data in the wrong place.
