View Task History

Goal: Browse the record of completed maintenance tasks — including who performed each job, when, and any notes recorded — for audit, reporting, or operational review purposes.

Steps

Open the Tasks list

  1. From the main navigation, open PMSTasks.

    The list opens on the Open Tasks tab by default.

Switch to Closed Tasks

  1. Click the Closed Tasks tab.

    The list shows all completed and quick-logged tasks with the following columns:

    Completed OnDate and time the task was closed
    Completed ByThe crew member who recorded the completion
    EquipmentEquipment the task was linked to
    StatusShown as closed (green)

Filter or search for a specific task

  1. Use the search field to find tasks by name or code.

  2. Use the column filters to narrow by equipment, date range, or the crew member who completed the job.

Open a task record

  1. Click on a task row to open its full detail.

    The detail page shows:

    • All the original task fields (name, category, equipment, responsible rank, etc.)
    • The date and time of completion
    • The crew member who recorded the action
    • Any notes added at the time of completion
    • Attached documents (in the Documents tab)

Result

You can see the full record of all maintenance work performed, filter by equipment or period, and open individual records for audit or reporting. Closed tasks are never deleted — they remain permanently visible in this tab.

Quick tasks logged with the Quick Task button also appear here, alongside planned tasks that were completed normally.
