Select and Switch Yacht

Goal: Confirm which yacht you are working on and switch yacht when you have access to more than one.

Before you start

  • You must be signed in.
  • Your user profile must include access to one or more yachts.

Why the selected yacht matters

IN-YACHT shows operational data for the selected yacht. When you change yacht, the lists, cards, documents, tasks, certificates, stock records, reminders, and available actions can change.

If something looks missing, always check the selected yacht before changing filters or asking an administrator for access.

If you have access to only one yacht, the yacht selector may be disabled because there is nothing else to select.

Steps

### Check the current yacht

Look at the yacht selector in the top bar. The selected yacht name tells you which yacht the current page is using.

Open the yacht selector

Click the yacht selector to see the yachts available to you.

If the selector is disabled, your profile may only have one yacht available.

Choose another yacht

Select the yacht you want to work on.

The application refreshes the working context so the data and actions match the selected yacht.

Review the page again

After switching yacht, check the table, card, detail page, or notification list again. The information may be different from the previous yacht.

Result

You are working in the correct yacht context. The pages you open, records you review, and actions you take apply to the selected yacht.
