Board and Deboard Crew

Goal: Mark crew as on board or off board using the correct contract, date, and port context.

Before you start

  • Confirm that the correct yacht is selected.
  • The crew member must already exist.
  • The crew member should have an active contract and rank.
  • Prepare the boarding or deboarding date.
  • Prepare the boarding or deboarding port if your process records it.
If the crew member does not have an active contract, the boarding action may be unavailable. Add or update the contract first.

Deboard a crew member

Use rotation for planned boarding

For planned movements, use Plan a Crew Rotation. Rotation is better when you need to record expected boarding and deboarding dates in advance.

Result
