Choose Table Columns

Goal: Show, hide, and arrange table columns so the table focuses on the information you need.

Before you start

  • Open a table in any IN-YACHT module.

Show or hide columns

Use the column chooser to show or hide columns. This helps you remove information you do not need and bring important columns back into view.

The available columns depend on the table. Some columns may not be available in every module.

Reorder columns

When the table allows it, drag a column header to a new position to change the order of the columns.

This is useful when you want important information closer to the left side of the table, especially before reviewing, printing, or exporting data.

Saved table layout

Your preferred column layout may be remembered for that table, so the next time you return to the same area, the table can reopen with your previous column setup.

Column visibility, filters, grouping, and similar table layout choices may remain saved. Search text is not kept when you leave and return to a module.

Before exporting table data, check the visible columns first. Hidden columns are not intended to be part of the exported view.

Result

The table shows the columns you need in a more useful order.
