Submit a Leave Request

Goal: Record or request planned leave so the crew schedule can show when a crew member is expected to be off board.

Before you start

  • You must be signed in with the correct user account.
  • Your crew member profile should be linked to your user account if you are submitting your own request.
  • The crew member should have an active contract if the leave is connected to rotation planning.
  • Confirm the dates and any approval process used by your yacht.
The exact leave request flow must be confirmed for your installation. If the app does not show a dedicated leave request action, planned leave may be managed through crew rotation or contract information instead.

Submit the request

### Review the dates

Check the start and end dates carefully before submitting.

Add notes if needed

Add a short explanation if your captain or shore office needs context.

Submit or save the request

Click the submit or save action shown on the page.

Check the result

Confirm whether the request is saved, pending approval, or immediately reflected in the crew schedule.

If the request must be approved, do not assume the leave is confirmed until the status or schedule shows that it has been accepted.

Result

The planned leave is recorded or submitted for review according to your yacht process. The crew schedule can then be checked to confirm whether the crew member is expected to be on board or on leave.
