Understand warning types

A warning means the recorded work and rest pattern should be checked. It can appear because:

  • A work period or rest period is missing.
  • A time entry overlaps or is incomplete.
  • A rest requirement is not met.
  • The day contains entries that need manager review.
  • The entry is correct but still creates a non-conformity that must be acknowledged.
Do not delete or change an entry only because a warning appears. First confirm whether the recorded times are wrong or whether the warning reflects a real operational exception.

Correct an entry when needed

If the warning is caused by incorrect data, open the affected entry and correct the time, break, next-day setting, or notes.

If the entry is accurate, keep the data and follow your yacht’s review or approval process.

Result

You can locate work and rest warnings, understand why they need review, and decide whether to correct the entry or leave it as an accurate record.
