Guest Profile Sections

Goal: Understand which part of the guest profile to use for each type of guest information.

Guest details

Use guest details for identity information: name, gender, nationality, birth date, birth place, and photo.

Use the contact area for address, phone numbers, and personal email.

Use the passport area for passport number, issue date, and expiry date.

Use notes for guest preferences, service notes, or operational reminders that help the crew prepare for the guest.

Use documents for files attached to the guest profile, such as passport scans, forms, or other supporting documents.

Use guest contacts for related people or important contact references.

Use medical for sensitive health-related information such as blood type, allergies, smoker status, or special medical conditions.

Guest medical and contact information can be sensitive. Only record information that is needed and allowed by your yacht process.

You know where each type of guest information belongs and can avoid placing notes, files, contacts, or medical data in the wrong area.
