Access PMS Manuals

Goal: Find and open technical manuals, service documents, and reference files stored in the PMS, so the crew has quick access to the documentation they need while performing maintenance.

Before you start

  • You must have permission to view documents in the PMS. If you see an empty list or an access error, ask your fleet administrator.

Steps

Open the Manuals section

  1. From the main navigation, open PMS.

  2. In the sub-navigation, select Manuals.

    The Manuals section shows documents organised by category. Each category can contain one or more files.

Find the document you need

  1. Browse the category list to locate the relevant section.

  2. Click on a category to expand it and see the documents inside.

  3. Click on a document name to open or download it.

Upload a document (if you have permission)

Select the category

  1. Navigate to PMS → Manuals.
  2. Open the category where you want to upload the document.

Upload the file

  1. Click Upload [PLACEHOLDER: confirm button label].
  2. Select the file from your device.
  3. Fill in any required fields such as name or description.
  4. Click Save.
 If you don't see the Upload option, you may not have permission to add documents. Contact your fleet administrator.

Result

The document is available to everyone with access to that category in the PMS Manuals section.
