Add a Crew Member
Goal: Create a new crew member profile, add the mandatory personal and passport data, and optionally define the first contract and user access.
Before you start
- You must have permission to create crew records.
- Prepare the crew member’s personal data, passport details, nationality, main airport, and contact details.
- If the crew member must immediately appear as contracted, prepare the contract start date and rank.

Steps
Open the creation wizard
- From the main navigation, open Crew.
- Select Crew Members.
- Click New Crew Member.
Complete mandatory information

In Mandatory Info, enter the crew member’s core data:

Upload a photo if available.

Add or edit the address if needed.

Add contract and user profile details
- In Contract & User Profile, add a contract if the crew member should have an active contract immediately.
- Select the contract rank and start date.
- Link an existing user, or create one if you have permission to manage users.
- Select spoken languages where relevant.
Save the crew member
- Review the data.
- Click Save.

Result
The crew member profile is created and appears in Crew Members. If you added an active contract, the Active Contract toggle is enabled for the record and the crew member can be included in boarding or rotation workflows.
