Manage Guest Medical Information
Goal: Review or update guest medical information when your role allows access.
Before you start
- The guest must already exist.
- You must have permission to view or edit guest medical information.
- Only add information that is relevant to onboard service, safety, allergies, or emergency response.
Open medical information
Open the guest from the Guests list.
Select Medical
Open the Medical tab if it is visible.
Review current information
Check the current notes or fields before making changes.

Update medical information
Update only the information required by your yacht process.
Save the profile
Click Save and wait for confirmation.
Confirm the update
Reopen the tab if needed to confirm the information is visible.
Medical information and preferences
Guest medical information should be used for safety-critical details, such as allergies, medical conditions, or emergency notes.
Food likes, drink preferences, cabin preferences, and service notes belong in guest preferences unless they are directly connected to safety.
Result
Guest medical information is reviewed or updated according to your access level and yacht process.
