Understand the charter workflow
A typical charter record is built in stages:
- Create the charter booking.
- Add the guests.
- Define the itinerary.
- Record or upload contract information.
- Create and maintain APA records if the charter uses APA.
- Close the charter after operational and financial checks are complete.
Find the right next guide
Use these guides depending on what you need to do:
- Use Create a Charter Booking when the charter does not exist yet.
- Use Add Guests to a Charter when the guest list is available.
- Use Define the Charter Itinerary when destinations and dates are known.
- Use Manage a Charter Contract when commercial details or signed files need to be recorded.
- Use the APA guides when advance provisioning funds and expenses need to be tracked.
- Use Close a Charter when the charter is ready for final review.
