Guest Boarding
Goal: Create and review guest boarding schedules so the yacht can track when guests are expected on board and when they leave.
Before you start
- Confirm that the correct yacht is selected.
- The guest must already exist.
- Prepare the boarding date, optional deboarding date, and ports if known.
- You must have permission to manage boarding schedules.

Open Guest Boarding
From the main navigation, open Guests.
Select Boarding
Open the boarding schedule page.
Choose a view
Use All to review all boarding schedules, or Active to focus on active guest stays.
Create a boarding schedule
Click New to create a guest boarding schedule.
Select the guest
Choose the guest from the person field.
Enter the boarding date
Set the From date.
Add the boarding port
Select the boarding port if known.
Add deboarding details if known
Set the To date and deboarding port if the departure is already planned.
Save the schedule
Save and wait for the table to refresh.

Use On Trip
Guests with an active boarding schedule can appear in the On Trip guest view.
Result
The guest boarding schedule is recorded with dates and ports. The Guests list and Boarding list can now show whether the guest is expected on trip.
