First Login

Goal: Sign in to IN-YACHT for the first time and confirm that your account opens the correct working area.

Before you start

  • You must have received access to IN-YACHT from your administrator.
  • You need the username or email address assigned to your account.
  • You need your temporary password, invitation link, or the sign-in method provided by your organization.
  • If you work on more than one yacht, your account must already be linked to the yachts you are expected to use.

Your first login may look slightly different depending on how your organization manages access. Follow the sign-in page shown to you, then return to this guide once IN-YACHT opens.

### Open IN-YACHT

Open the IN-YACHT web address provided by your administrator.

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm the web address format or add a screenshot of the access link users receive]

Complete the sign-in page

Enter your username or email address and password on the sign-in page.

If your organization uses a temporary password, follow the instructions on screen to set your own password before continuing.

Complete any security checks

If the sign-in page asks for an additional verification step, complete it using the method configured for your account.

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm whether first-login verification is required for this installation]

Wait for IN-YACHT to open

After successful sign-in, IN-YACHT opens the main application area. You should see the top bar, the side menu, and the main screen for your selected yacht.

Check the selected yacht

Look at the yacht selector in the top bar. This tells you which yacht you are currently working on.

If you have access to several yachts, confirm that the correct one is selected before opening records, cards, tables, notifications, or reports.

Many pages show information for the selected yacht only. If something looks missing after login, check the yacht selector before assuming your account is wrong.

If you cannot sign in

Check the most common causes first:

  • Make sure you are using the correct username or email address.
  • Make sure your password was entered correctly.
  • If you received a temporary password, confirm that it has not expired.
  • If the page says you are not authorized, ask your administrator to confirm that your account is active.
  • If the app opens but you cannot see the expected yacht or module, ask your administrator to check your yacht access and profile.

Do not share your password when asking for help. Send only the username or email address you used and describe what you see on screen.

Result

You are signed in and can see the IN-YACHT workspace. Before starting operational work, you know how to confirm the selected yacht and what to check if the first login does not behave as expected.
