Archive or Restore Guests
Goal: Understand when to archive a guest and how to find archived guest records later.
Before you start
- Confirm that the guest should no longer appear in the active guest list.
- Check whether the guest is currently on trip.
- You must have permission to archive or restore guest records if those actions are available.
Find archived guests
From Guests, open the guest member list.
Use the Archived filter
Select Archived.
Open the guest if needed
Open the guest profile to review historical information.

Archive a guest
Before archiving, check:
- The guest is not currently on trip.
- Boarding schedules are complete.
- Required documents or notes have been saved.
- The record is no longer needed in the active list.

Restore a guest
If restore is available, use the Archived filter to find the guest and then use the restore action.
After restoring, review the guest profile, boarding schedule, documents, contacts, and notes before using the record for a new trip.
