Why contracts matter
Crew contracts connect a crew member to operational planning. A contract can define when the crew member is active, which rank applies, whether rotation planning is expected, and which contract documents are attached.
Contract information can affect what you see in the Crew Members list, whether a crew member can be boarded, and which rank appears on the profile.
