Manage Guest Documents

Goal: Upload and review files attached to a guest profile.

Before you start

  • The guest must already exist.
  • You must have permission to view or manage guest documents.
  • Prepare the file you want to upload.

Open guest documents

### Open the guest profile

Open the guest from the Guests list.

Select Documents

Open the Documents tab.

Review existing files

Check whether the file is already present before uploading a new copy.

Upload a document

### Click New or Upload

Use the upload action in the Documents tab.

Select the file

Choose the file from your computer.

Confirm the upload

Save the upload and wait for the file to appear in the list.

What belongs here

Use guest documents for files that belong to the guest profile, such as passport scans, forms, signed documents, or other supporting documents requested by your yacht process.

Do not use guest documents for service notes or preferences. Keep those in the dedicated preference areas when available.

Guest documents can include sensitive personal information. Attach files only to the correct guest and avoid uploading documents that are not needed.

Result

The document is attached to the guest profile and can be opened from the Documents tab.
