Manage Crew Medical Information
Goal: Review or update crew medical information when your role allows access.
Before you start
- The crew member must already exist.
- You must have permission to view or edit crew medical information.
- Only add information that is relevant to onboard safety, emergency response, or operational readiness.
Open medical information
Open the crew member from the Crew list.
Select Medical
Open the Medical tab if it is visible.
Review current information
Check the current notes or fields before making changes.

Update medical information
Update only the information required by your yacht process.
Save the profile
Click Save and wait for confirmation.
Confirm the update
Reopen the tab if needed to confirm the information is visible.
When to be extra careful
Crew medical information may be connected to employment checks, onboard duties, emergency readiness, or fitness for work.
Do not use this section for general notes, disciplinary information, or documents that belong in another crew tab.
Result
Crew medical information is reviewed or updated according to your access level and yacht process.
