Manage Crew Members

Goal: Use the Crew Members list to find crew records, check contract and boarding information, and open a crew member profile when you need to review or update it.

Before you start

  • You must have access to the Crew module.
  • Confirm that the correct yacht is selected.
  • If you need to edit records, create crew members, change contracts, or update boarding information, your profile must include those permissions.

Depending on your profile, you may see all crew records or only the crew information you are allowed to view. If a button or toggle is disabled, your access or the crew member's current setup may not allow that action.

Open the Crew Members list

### Open Crew

From the main navigation, open Crew.

Select Crew Members

Select Crew Members.

The table opens with the crew records available for the selected yacht.

Filter the crew list

Use the quick filter above the table to focus on the crew records you need.

Common views include:

  • All: shows the standard crew list.
  • On Board: shows crew currently boarded.
  • Active Contract: shows crew with an active contract.
  • On Leave: shows crew not currently on board but still connected to an active contract.
  • On Duty: shows crew marked as currently working.
  • Former Crew: shows crew without an active contract.
  • Archived: shows records that are no longer part of the active crew list.

Open a crew member profile

### Find the crew member

Use search, filters, or table sorting to find the crew member.

Open the row

Click the crew member row to open the profile.

Review the profile sections

Use the profile page to review personal details, passport information, contacts, user details, contracts, documents, certificates, contacts, and medical information when those sections are available to you.

Check contract and boarding information

The list can show operational signals such as whether the crew member has an active contract or is currently on board.

If you need to change a contract, open the crew member profile and use the Contracts section. If you need to board or deboard a crew member, make sure the crew member has the required contract information first.

A crew member may exist without being available for boarding. In that case, check whether an active contract and rank have been added.

Result

You can find crew records, understand the main crew list filters, open a crew member profile, and identify when contract or boarding information needs to be reviewed.
