Manage Guest Contacts

Goal: Add and review contacts connected to a guest profile.

Before you start

  • The guest must already exist.
  • You must have permission to view or edit guest contact information.
  • Prepare the contact name, relationship, phone number, email, and notes if needed.

Open guest contacts

### Open the guest profile

Open the guest from the Guests list.

Select Guest Contacts

Open Guest Contacts.

Check existing contacts

Review the list before adding a duplicate contact.

Add or update a contact

### Click New

Use the new contact action in the Guest Contacts tab.

Enter contact information

Add the information required by your yacht process.

Save the contact

Save and confirm that the contact appears in the list.

Good practice

  • Keep contacts relevant to the guest visit or emergency process.
  • Avoid adding service preferences as contact notes.
  • Review contacts before a guest boards if the visit depends on accurate emergency or representative information.
Guest contact information can be sensitive. Only add information that is needed for yacht operations and follow your internal privacy process.

Result

The guest’s contacts are updated and available from the guest profile.
